Just a quick posting for those of you who have been eagerly awaiting an update from us! We had a family welcoming party a few weeks ago at the Fortman's (thanks again Sal, Mark & Ei). This cake was a brilliant idea by Aunt Sal - so perfect with the Kaz flag and colors, and framed by gorgeous flowers from Rox. At the party we celebrated the receipt of our travel dates, and the name we've decided to give our
little boy: Joshua.
Lately, we've been getting his room ready, chatting with other adoptive parents for tips on traveling and living in Kaz for a month, (with special thanks to new friends, Jodi and Shannon) and ironing out last minute details here at home, and giving OJ lots of TLC. Hoping he loves Joshua as much as us!
We haven't started packing up yet, but the piles of stuff are growing!
We may not post again until we're ready to leave, or even when we get to Kaz, so stay tuned!

Congrats!! SO excited to hear this! Joshua.... great name, one of my personal favorites. I'll be thinking of y'all over the next few weeks, that everything would go as smoothly as possible. Will be watching for pictures as well!
